S2 E6 Building Relationships with Vendors

1.    Vendor relationships are symbiotic. You get out what you put in.

2.    You want good, long-term relationships, but not necessarily exclusive. Partner with your vendors. Support and encourage each other.

3.    Communicate clearly with vendors. Share your vision for the project.

4.    Pick vendors that are team players.

5.    Show your appreciation when they make you look good or go the extra mile for you.

6.    Be empathetic to vendors. Treat them well.
