Planning a wedding can feel pretty overwhelming, which is why most couples hire a professional to help them! We're here to help you design a great plan and to lighten the load to help you achieve the moment you've been dreaming about.

Our wedding planning starts with active listening for key phrases and preferences. We'll compile pages of notes, collect samples, inspiration sources, and sketch out ideas. From there, we'll contribute helpful ideas and begin to build your budget. Next, we'll collaborate on a production guide - a framework to help us execute an incredible wedding.

Once the decisions are made and the production guide is set, it will be complete with timelines, run of show, vendor details, designs and décor, and more! We'll also meet with all of the key players for a final walk-thru, debrief and discussion of the details and expectations.

Finally, it's go time. We'll oversee every detail from the move-in, set up, installation, run of show and move out.
